The owners have made a point to furnish this unit with nice furniture, comfortable mattresses, a full-size dining table and more than just builder grade appliances to name just a few things.

The balcony is amazing and was the place where we started each morning with a cup of coffee. The ocean and sunrise views from the balcony are awesome.
Megan was incredible! Her communication started prior to arrival and continued through the end of our stay. She is one of the best hosts ever! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful beach! We love staying here because its clean, quiet and relaxing. The pool and hot tub are really nice. The underground parking is nice when its really hot outside. We have stayed in two different first floor units and it is SO convenient to bring your stuff in from the car and also take it down to the beach. (Posted on Google)

We have had the pleasure of staying here at Seascape Towers for a month and we have absolutely loved it. The building is very well cared for. The views are to die for, the office is so helpful and accommodating. You have everything you need. We love NSB. We stayed a week in this condo.  It was everything we needed and more.  Beautiful condo.  Luxurious and comfortable.  Spectacular view.  Convenient location.  Beaches were not overcrowded.  Had a lot of extras we have never had before such as beach towels, beach chairs, etc.  Would highly recommend it and hope to return again.  (Posted on AirBnB)

Great location, right on the beach!  We loved riding bikes on the beach during our stay.  Condo complex was very well maintained and locked gates made us feel very secure.  The unit itself could use some updating, but it was a great value for a place directly on the beach.  Megan was very responsive to our questions and concerns.  (Posted on AirBnB)

This is a beautifully renovated condo (823), one of the best I’ve ever seen.  Very quiet and peaceful.  Fantastic ocean sunrise views from the Master and Sunset views from the other bedroom.  It’s a split two so each bedroom has privacy.  The en suite master bathroom is phenomenal: there are two shower heads, a faucet and a seat: ideal for older people or women.  People in the building are friendly and we had a wonderful time.  Would definitely stay there again. We have stayed at Seascape Towers in a variety of units over the past 8 years. It just gets better and better. The rates are very reasonable and it’s ocean front. The units are great with beautiful views of the ocean, sunrises and/or sunsets depending on location and each has at least one balcony overlooking the ocean. My husband and I enjoy sitting on the balcony to watch a sunrise/sunset or get a glimpse of the dolphins and whales as they pass by. A walk on the beach is only steps away. Everything is clean and well organized and updated regularly. Megan and Jorge and all of the individuals who work at Seascape do an outstanding job and they are friendly and very accommodating. We consider them extended family and friends.

First time staying here.  So quiet.  View is amazing, The condo is really nice.  Everything you need for a relaxing vacay.  Never stayed in a ground floor unit.  Loving it.  Walk right out onto the beach.  Love the layout of the entire building and outside pool area.  The sun deck has plenty of room.  Entrances to the beach… ramp and steps.  Sunrises are beautiful!
