This does NOT indicate the number of people a unit sleeps
** A rental insurance policy and associated cost ($50) is automatically added to all rentals less than one month in length**
ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. IF YOU SMOKE OR HAVE A PET INSIDE THE UNIT(S) THERE IS AN AUTOMATIC FORFEIT OF YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT.
Reservation deposits are not included or applied to rental amounts. ALL Reservations require a $400.00 security deposit. Cancellations must be received 90 days prior to check-in to receive a refund in full. A $50 fee is charged on ALL cancellations with less than 90 days notice. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice result in a forfeiture of all deposit monies.
