UNIT 324
This brightly and cheery two-bedroom, two bath unit is located on the third floor. The unit features carpet in the living room and bedrooms, tile in the foyer, kitchen and bathrooms, updated kitchen lighting and new washer and dryer. The Master bedroom has a King bed and the guest room has a Queen and Twin bed sleeping up to 5 people. Both bedrooms have new, soft carpeting. The living room features leather sofas with power recliners on the ends of both the couches. The blinds on the slider doors are operated by a remote (mounted to the right of the door on the wall in the living room). There is a modern driftwood TV console and a large screen TV in the living room to enjoy after a long day on the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need and the living room features plenty of comfortable seating. The Master bathroom has a shower and tub combo and the guest bathroom a stand-up shower. The balcony features a high-top table and two high chairs with side tables with a drink holder that slides out from one of the legs. UNIT 422
This fourth floor, one bedroom, one and half bathroom unit is bright and spacious. The unit has tile throughout with lots of light both from the windows and doors, but also from the lighting in the unit. The kitchen is open to the dining and living space and the unit is tastefully decorated, there is modern lighting throughout the unit and with the windows and door in the living space there is lots of light in the unit. There is a high-top 4-seat dining table with matching chairs. The Master bathroom which is adjacent to the bedroom has a jetted tub with a shower. There is an ocean-view from the balcony off of the living space as well as from the cozy, private balcony off the Master bedroom. There is a half bathroom in the hall and a washer and dryer in the unit. You will not be disappointed during your stay in this cozy and lovely unit for your next vacation.
UNIT 423
This gorgeous fourth floor, two bedroom, two bath unit is one to be experienced. This unit features a large kitchen with custom countertops and is fully furnished with everything you might need. The bedrooms feature two King beds. The newly renovated Master bathroom features double sinks and a walk-in shower. The guest bathroom has a sink and shower. This unit has carpet throughout and tile in the foyer, kitchen and bathrooms. The balcony to view the sunrise over the ocean is accessible from the living room and the Master bedroom. UNIT 425
This lovely two bedroom, two bath 4th floor condo is something you should experience. The countertops and tile flooring have been upgraded and there is plenty of seating in the living and dining room and at the bar area. There is lots of light from the doors and windows in the living space with plenty of views of the beach beyond. The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked. The Master bedroom has a King bed and a dresser with TV. The Master bathroom been renovated to include a large walk in shower. There is a bunked bed in the Guest room with a full mattress below and twin bed above (along with a twin mattress that can be pulled out from under the full mattress on the bunk bed). The Guest bathroom features a sink, toilet and a newly renovated tub and shower combo. There are two balconies, a larger one off the living space and a smaller balcony accessible from the Master bedroom. This clean and modern unit is one to be experienced and is also not to be forgotten.
UNIT 526
This large two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit features a larger living space than our regular two-bedroom units and is located on the 5th floor. There is carpet throughout the unit (except for the bathrooms and kitchen). This unit also features two large balconies off of the living and dining room and one balcony that is shared between the two bedrooms that overlook the pool and spa. There is plenty of seating on the balconies. The kitchen has new counter tops and cabinets, that are stocked with all the necessities. There is a wet bar in the dining area with sink and 4 beach towels provided, usually found in the closet next to the wet bar. The Master bedroom features a new King bed and the guest bedroom has a Queen bed. The Master bathroom, adjacent to the Master bedroom has a tub and shower combo and double sinks. The guest bathroom has a single sink and a shower/tub combo. The unit has two tables with chairs in the living and dining area and features a sofa and loveseat in the living room. There is plenty of seating for you and any friends and family that you might have visit during your stay. There are TVs in the Living room and Master bedroom.
